Hale Capital,Autodesk Announce Completion of LBS Spin-Out LocationLogic

Hale Capital Partners and Autodesk announced completion of the transaction to transfer Autodesk’s
Location Services business unit to LocationLogic,a new entity owned and operated by Hale Capital Partners,with
