Open Source for America Launches

The group of some 70 organizations (Sun,Oracle,O’Reilly,EFF,Pentaho…) have banded together to form Open Source for America. The goal:to “serve as a unified voice for the promotion of open source software in the U.S. Federal Government arena.

Dennis Byron at Seeking Alpha describes it at a front group for enterprise software vendors.
