While early connected portable navigation device manufacturer Dash plans to get out of the hardware
business, other companies are jumping into a market that appears to be a question mark. As we reported in last
month’s column, DeCarta’s CNAV product is powering the new Best Buy-branded connected PND. Now Tele Nav is putting
