Among the tools for the giant (47″) electronic wall map:
- locate a store with an icon on the map via touching its name on a list
- show a route to get to that store
- transfer the destination location to a phone (if it support an RFID standard)
Sounds like users are finding it easy to locate destinations;the challenge? It’s one user at at time…By the way the Ginza station has 32 exists (yikes! that makes any Boston subway station with two or three seem downright simple!)
